Every product on thepromogod.com. courses, campaigns, coaching, custom plans, and bundles. is delivered or scheduled immediately after purchase. We don't offer refunds once an order is placed.
If something is genuinely wrong
Stuff happens. If the product you received is broken, missing, or fundamentally not what was advertised, email hello@thepromogod.com with your order details and what went wrong. We review every request and resolve it in good faith, but we can't guarantee a specific outcome.
Why no refunds
Courses unlock instantly. Custom Plans get hand-built within 48 hours of your intake. Campaigns lock in calendar time + ad spend planning. Every product is delivered or committed-to fast, which is why we're upfront about this before you buy instead of after.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing issue, please reach out first. Filing a chargeback before contacting us removes our ability to fix the problem and may result in your account being closed.
